My Eco drive watch acts as if the Daylight Savivgs feature is not workig properly, I set the time turn the feature on all is good, wake up the next morning and it's an exzactly 1hour behind, I check to see if the feature is still on and it is. What could be happening?
The time on these watches has to be first properly referenced to UTC. I do not have the instruction book for your watch or even have a clue to the model number since you did not put any model number. There are several dozen Eco Drive models in each of the Citizen and Casio, and other type watches that are solar powered.
I have several types of Sky Hawk watches in the Citizen, and similar ones in the Casio. Check your instruction manual about how to set the UTC time, and how to set the offset time for your location. Once properly set up your watch should stay on time. If you have the radio receiver in your watch for the auto time setting, once the watch is set up properly it will maintain proper time all the time.

Leave your watch on window sill (sunshine must be plenty) for a week. If the watch will not keep charge after that, visit your closest watch repair shop and ask to replace capacitor. Rate me, plz.
