Sounds like you have some sawdust under the plate between the body of the saw and the plate that goes against the bar take bar off look at plate that has two rievits on it clean out behind that don't remove the plate just lift it slightly and use air or feeler gauge or something very thin ..
Sometimes little wood chips get stuck in there and don't let the oil go down the bar
two of the plates have broken, the plastic nipple that holds the plates to the handle have broken off. therefore, the plates do not stay connected to the bar. will bowflex send me new plates? can i send them back and have those plates repaired? or do i have to purchase replacement plates, if so, please share...thanks!
would be held on by plastic clips around the lower sides, and by screws (like under inside door handle) that may be covered by little plastic plates which you pry off to see the screw underneath. The armrests and pull handles also use large screws. Once you get all the screws out, slip a thin bar (thin screwdriver?) under the door trim around the bottom and gently pry outward to unfasten the clips. they break easily, so work carefully, you can also buy new ones at any parts store if you ruin any. they slip[ into slots on the backside of the trim panel. Oh, yes, need first to remove window handle, unless you have power windows, then when panel is loose, reach inside and disconnect the electric switches. Once trim panel is removed, carefully peel back only what you need to of the plastic watershield. when finished you can re-stick the watershield.Simple job, but sometimes a PITA>
Hello, The most likely problem is going to be the plastic drive hub on the floor of the microwave that the plate fits into in the center of the plate. It's broke and cant turn the plate.to check it remove the plate and use a screwdriver and pop that hub out by putting the screwdriver under the hub and pop it up,in the part of it thats hidden till it comes out will probably be cracked. If that hub is ok the motor it fits into is the next potential problem.
put the motor in the water and ensure that the propeller is at the rear. On the head of the unit (where the direction indicator is) push down and turn the round plastic plate (this plate has the direction indicator on it) clockwise until the direction indicator mark (mine is blue and is about one inch long) is in line with the alignment bar on the non-moveable part on the head. You will hear several "clicks" and this means that the indicator plate is clicking around to the proper directional alignment with the motor in the water.
Remove the plate on the bottom front of the vacuum by turning the plastic knobs on the plate with a nickel or screwdriver. Then pull out the brush bar and slide the belt over the brush bar and align it with the "cogged" portion of the brush bar.
Slide the belt and brush bar up into the vacuum and over the small cog on the motor. You'll need to pull back the idler pulley which is the smooth metal cylinder next to the cog on the motor. Once everything is lined up push the brush bar into its slots and reinstall the bottom plastic plate onto the vacuum. Everything should be in good working order now!
The switch plate just sits in there with clip be very carful not to break the plastic clip on them .start at the front of the switch plate then work down the side .a little plastic tab that goes under the arm rest .I use to do that job at the St thomas plant where they are built .
There is a little bar that is on the ice bucket. That bar has to go into the middle of the plastic square that is on the back wall of the freezer. Try Pulling out the ice bucket, get a hair dryer and run the hair dryer on the back wall of the freezer right above the hole where that little bar goes. After you run the hair dryer for about 10 minutes or so put your finger in the hole and pull down on the plastic square. Make sure when you put the ice bucket back in the freezer, the bar goes inside the square hole, not under it, not over it. In it. If that doesn't fix the problem you probably just need a new solenoid. Part number 5304404333
