The wires for the rear indicator lights should be under the seat on each side and the front ones should be in the headlight shell, the flasher unit is also in the headlight. The wires to the flasher unit should be a white and a light green/brown.
you may have a bad flasher needing replacement. just because you hear it click when you turn on the signals does not mean the bi-metallic strip inside is working.
Should be under the dash on the driver's side. It's a round silver cylinder. if it is still clicking, touch your hand to it while turning the turn signal switch on and off. if it is it you'll feel it vibrate each time you turn it on. If it isn't clicking any longer, buy one(pretty inexpensive) and hunt for the relay under your dash.
The signal flasher will be a tube about 1 inch long usually round and cylindrical it will have either 2 or three pins on it. There will be two of them and they will both be located jsut about the fuse box. swap them onis is the four way flasher one is the signal flasher. if this fixes the problem replace the bad flasher module
This sounds like it could be that you need to check your bulbs for one that has burnt out or broken. Also, you may need to check to see if you may need to replace your turn signal flasher. Hope this helps.
