As your silver fox edition camper would come with a branded audio/ CD equipment it might be best to provide the make and model number of the equipment. This item is not described in the camper manual. See page 16 in this manual.

SOURCE: no sound to the in car speakers from my alpine cda-9827 cd player

What kind of car did you install this in? Did it have a factory radio in it? If I had to take a guess I would think that there is a factory amp that you may have hooked the blue wire from the alpine deck to. If this is the case when you switch to CD the alpine deck turns off the power to the power antenna lead(blue wire) and thus your factory amp. If this is the case hook the factory amp turn on to the blue and white wire and you should be good to go.

SOURCE: Not able to figure out how to turn off the outside speakers.

This receiver has four channels. Typically in a car that would be two front and two rear speakers. I would guess that the outside speakers are the rear channels and the inside speakers are on the front channels. Look in the manual for front to rear balance adjustment, and place the balance on front. Hopefully, the inside speakers will work, and the outside speakers will not.
If this does not work, get back to me and we'll figure out other possible solutions.

push the A-M button on the face until you see balance then use the left and right buttons you would normally use to rewind or FF....

HI , I purchased a Dell Mini (11.6) M-101z laptop.Since everything is preinstalled....evrything is working fine, except Speaker. It happened i n the showroom itself. The shopowner asked me to take it back...

Hello,
Since the shop owner tested it with an external speakers and they are working fine, that means that there's a problem with the internal speakers. You might need to have it replaced. If the external speakers were not working then it could just be a driver problem. But since the external speakers work fine then we can assume that the internal speakers are bad.

Speakers are mounted on the side of tv (mitsubishi CS 40503 1995 model) want to remove them and have them in a different location

"Speaker: Internal/External" controls which speaker (built-in or external) is available. Set to "Internal" for normal operation of the internal speaker system. When connected to external speakers or an external audio system, the speakers can be turned off by setting this function to "External."

From reading this I see that the speakers may be internal because the setup allows to switch between external or internal. A mounted speaker is either permanent, part of the case, or has something that the speaker case slips into. I had one like that. You simply lift them and set them else where. How far they can be moved will depend on the wire. The wire is either attached internal through the back or attached via connectors on the back. That can either be loose wire or RCA plugs. Normally the wire coming from the speakers is attached internal, making the removal of them impossible. The wire is usually 3 to 6 feet long. You can buy an external speaker wire that has RCA plugs (and or plain wire) that will attach to the existing speaker wire and TV.

Good luck and post back

External speakers do not work on my MacBook pro

Plug in your external speakers then go to system preferences then sound when in the sound control panel go to the output tab and select the external speakers as the device for sound output and of course at the bottom of the control panel make sure that the mute check box is unchecked and turn up the volume. Hope this helps

Sound problem - Acer Aspire 5920

I assume you are using Windows Vista as ships with Aspire 5920's. Try the following to make sure that Windows is using the correct output options:
  1. Click on the Start Menu and go to Control Panel
  2. From Control Panel click on Hardware and Sound
  3. Click on the heading Sound and the sound configuration box will appear.
  4. The first tab is called Playback and allows you to select a playback device.  You should find your external speakers and internal speakers listed.
  5. Click the external speakers and then click on the "set default" button to make sure that the sound is played back through those instead of your internals.
