It really all depends on what you want. You can go into your settings and find programs and features. From there you could pick and choose what to uninstall. Or if you could find your hard drive, right click on your hard drive and format it. Caution though doing that would wipe out your OS assuming the computer let you do it.

Once a frame is erased is it gone forever even though there is a frame #?

That depends on where it was. If it was on a memory card instead of the camera's internal memory and if you haven't done anything else to the card since erasing the frame, you MIGHT be able to recover it. It's just like any other erased file on any other hard drive.

Do a Google search for "data recovery software" and select a program for your computer and operating system. Take the memory card out of the camera and put it into a card reader attached to your computer. Cross your fingers and run the program.

When i put my tablet on it keeps on saying android

Usually a full erase and firmware restore is needed to recover from that situation. The exact process depends on your model of tablet. The attached video shows it for a typical Procan tablet.

This process will erase all of the data on the tablet. Hopefully you have a backup.

The tablet keep saying, unfortunately launcher has stopped

Usually this means that some program has corrupted the system files. A factory reset (which will erase all of your data and programs) may solve the problem.

SD Card Full

When you install a larger SD card it will be a fresh empty memory card. Your existing 8Gb SD card will still have the the 5 hour gig data on it.
You can insert the 8Gb SD memory card into an USB memory card reader and plug this into the USB port on your computer. The computer will see this SD memory card and adapter as an external storage device. You can then open the audio folder on theis SD memory card and copy this file to your computer.

It takes 5-8 seconds when opening a folder

This is because your internal phone memory is getting full. Try deleting some media (not on your memory card) from your phone. Clear browser history and cache. If it is still running slow try doing a full factory restore (usually involves erasing all your data and contacts so make sure you back them up.)
Please rate me, thanks.

I deleted my audio files directly from the computer. Now that I try to record again, the device says that memory is full, even though I have no files on it. How do I reset it to record again?

To erase a selected file, first press the [ERASE] button. Next, press the [+] (plus) or [-] (minus) button to select "ERASE," and then press the [ERASE] or [OK] button.
To erase all files in a folder, first select the folder and press the [ERASE] button for three seconds or longer. Next, press the [+] (plus) or [-] (minus) button to select "ALL ERASE." Finally, press the [ERASE] or [OK] button.
NOTE:
The recorder should be formatted using only by using the internal FORMAT function found in the recorder's Menu. Formatting using the computer may corrupt system files needed to run the recorder, so computer formatting is not recommended. Individual files can be deleted using the computer with no negative effects.
