My shaver doesn't stay charged very long

It's several years old. It used to stay charged for a day or more, but in the past year or so, it has been losing power after about half an hour. At that time, the charge light flashes, and it slows down, and I have to recharge.

Is the motor broken? What can I do?

    Thanks!

I don't think there's a place to plug a charging cord in. I don't know how to solder. So I guess I should eiither live with this one or buy a new one.

The motor is fine, what happens is that the internal battery loses the ability to fully charge and run the motor for a long period of time. While you "could" change the battery out with a newer one using solder, it's unlikely that it would cost less than buying a newer model at the store or from ebay. The average life of good shavers made a few years ago was about 3-5 years due to the type of batteries in it. I used mine with a charging cord for a while but that became an issue once while traveling. I bought a new one.

Yours has a base instead of a cord I assume then, those are usually soldiered in batteries. You might be able to find a repair shop (like a CB radio repair shop) that could technically replace the batteries if you really love it. I kept mine for years until I had no cord on vacation.

How does your rotary shaver model number H5010BK not change colour of the led display when fully charge seems to stay red and I have charged it for eight hours

How old is it? I ask as if the batteries are past their best, they can get to the point where they never actually take a full charge.
Try cycling the batteries. Once charged, turn on the razor and leave it on until batteries are completely flat. Do this in one go without switching it off. Then re-charge for 12 hours and see if this resolves your problem. If it doesn't help, and razor is older than 3 years, then you may need to replace batteries.

Fully Charged, won't run

I would contact the company that made it customer service to check on a warranty, or the store you bought it from they are usually pretty good with defective stuff, it's not like you just don't want it anymore, it does not work. Also if you paid by credit card some of them have matching warranty time frames, if the razor had 90 days they add another 90 or a year whatever the original warranty was they match it, it has been very helpful for me over the years. I hope they will work with you, stay calm and very polite on the phone they will work with you longer to resolve your issue!

The shaver is **** after using it still not smooth , it says it has holes and slots for all type of growth ( after full charge it sounds like it has not the energy to cut baby hair) for all the grand prix...

First thing, reset the outlet. That's a common thing looked over. Next (if that doesn't work) is pull out the warranty papers because if it isn't the outlet, then it's the product. If you have had it for less than a year, they should allow you to use your warranty and have them fix it.

Not able to switch ON

This model is several years old...probably about 7 years old and the battery is probably dead from age. The easiest fix is to purchase one of the items linked below from shaveroutlet.com

Shaver head light stays on

Your shaver does not have a sensor that identifies when you change the head. It is simply on a timer. Depending on your specific model, the light may simply go off after a couple of weeks or you may have to reset it with the power button. Refer to your user manual for details

Charging stand

I just had the same problem, where the top of the charger would not stay down. I tried a spring clamp to keep it in place, and that works like a charm! Try it!
