This problem can be related to your internet service provider, if you have a secound pc in house or laptop try to do same thing. If no joy ring the service provider and ask them to switch you dns server to another.

Login to paypal
If you can not login to paypal but can access the internet try resetting your paypal password. You may have had your account hijacked so I would also contact paypal to ask about suspicious activity of any on your account.

6.00 to 22.00 AEST/AEDT to resolve this issue
they might ask you some personal details you made when you first made your paypal account so i you can remember these have them ready

Go to the PayPal website.
  1. click Problem with login? in the account login box.
  2. click I don't know my password.
  3. enter the email address you registered with paypal.
  4. enter the characters shown in the image in the security text box and click continue.
  5. enter information to confirm that you own the account, and click continue.
  6. enter your new password twice, and click submit.

To know whether your PayPal account is active, kindly login to your PayPal account by entering the email address associated with your PayPal account and the password in the login box.

If you have forgotten the email address or password, you can reset it by clicking the "Forgotten your email address or password" link below the login box (see attached image)

If you are still unable to login to your account, please contact PayPal customer support by clicking the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of your PayPal page.

On the new page which opens, you will find two options for contact: Email and Phone (see attached image).

If you wish to contact by phone, click the 'Call Us' link. (You will have to generate the Secure Web PIN. For your account security, the customer support executive will ask for the account information and the Secure Web PIN)

Im new to paypal--can you tell me how to go about taking money out of my bank account and adding it to my paypal account?
Login to your Paypal account.
First add your bank account to your Paypal account. Select Profile---->Bank Accounts. Click ADD. Now add you bank account details and it will take at least 48 hours to confirm the account aafter that you can proceed to adding money to your account.
After the account is verified you can add money to your Paypal account from your bank account through ADD FUNDS link at the top of your pay pal home page when you login.
