Cups are a measure of volume. Grams are a measure of mass. There is no direct correlation, so unless you specify a substance with a known density, there can be no answer.

2 cups of flour is 300 grams,
3 cups is 450g
1,2/3 cups is 250 g
1 cup is 150g
