The letter w appears if you press the button star(*) four times quickly

The CODE you need to enter is the unique unlock code for your Nokia Lumia 710

sir, for PUK code u have to contact with your service provider ..talk with customer care and ask for the PUK code ..just in case your number is blocked so u can use any other number of same service provider.

This is currently not possible. A lot of people have mentioned this though so I guess Micrsoft will do something about this in an upcoming update.

1. turn off your nokia lumia
2. then press power off button,camera button and volume down button until it starts vibrating
3. when it vibrates leave power off button but dont leave camera button and volume down for more than 10 sec

call the service provider (customer service) to get the PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) code as well....and u need to verify the sim pin num which is (Personal Identification Number) , that will be your own personal code which you have to verify twice and settle! ^.^
