Fax does not print a confirmation page.

If you require printed confirmation that your faxes weresuccessfully sent, follow these instructions to enable fax confirmation beforesending any faxes. The default fax confirmation setting is Off. This meansthat a confirmation report is not printed for each fax sent or received. Aconfirmation message indicating whether a fax was successfully sent appearsbriefly on the control-panel display after each transaction. 2.Press right arrow to select Print Report, and then press OK.

Follow the steps below to enable the Fax confirmation on Sent and recieved.

On the printer :

1. Press Setup ( ).
2. Press the right arrow button ( ) to select Print Report , and then press OK .
3. Press the right arrow button ( ) to select one of the following options:
   • On Fax Send: Print a confirmation page every time you send a fax.
   • On Fax Receive: Print a confirmation page every time you receive a fax.
   • Send & Receive: Print a confirmation page every time you send or receive a fax.
4. Press OK .

Follow the steps to setup the Fax sent confirmation report.

1. Press Setup ( ).
2. Press the right arrow button ( ) to select Print Report , and then press OK .
3. Press the right arrow button ( ) to select one of the following options:
   • On Fax Send: Print a confirmation page every time you send a fax.
4. Press OK .

Other confirmation reports in the same menu are :

• On Fax Receive: Print a confirmation page every time you receive a fax.
• Send & Receive: Print a confirmation page every time you send or receive a fax.

This selects Print Report and then selects Fax Confirmation.

on the printer itself --> press the setup button--> use the arrow keys on the printer and move to print report option --> press ok when you select print report--> Find out fax confirmation option and press ok --> turn it on.

If you do not find the Fax confirmation option under print report then find it under Tools option.

Press setup on printer --> press arrow key on printer and finid tools --> under that try to find the fax confirmation option.

once you switch on the fax confirmation option on the printer. every time you send a fax you will receive a fax confirmation also.

open both one-touch speed dialing panels--press DATA REGISTRATION >set> press search buttons to display REPORT SETTING >set> search to OUTPUT YES (This will print a report with every transmission, next option will give you the option of whether to print the first page of the document (yes) to remind you of what it contains)

You can configure your HP all-in-one so that it automatically prints error and confirmation reports. If you need printed confirmation each time a fax is sent, follow these instructions before sending any faxes and select Send Only. To set automated report options from the control panel Press Setup. Press 2, and then press 1. This selects Print Report and then selects Fax Report Setup. Press to scroll through the following report types: Every Error: prints whenever there is any kind of fax error (default). Send Error: prints whenever there is a transmission error. Receive Error: prints whenever there is a receiving error. Every Fax: confirms every time a fax is sent or received. Send Only: prints every time a fax is sent indicating whether the fax was successfully sent or not. Off: does not print any error or confirmation reports. Press OK to select the report.

i have read the manual end to end and I don't think you can.
Only thing I see is this.

Customizing your settings using the Lexmark Fax Solutions You can adjust the fax settings in the Lexmark Fax Solutions. These settings apply to the faxes you send or receive.

1. Click Start Programs Lexmark 7100 Series Lexmark Fax Solutions.
2. Click Adjust speed dial list and other fax settings.
   
3. Click each tab and change the settings as desired.
4. Press Save Settings after you finish your updates. Nothing is saved until you press this button.
5. Click Close.

The following table contains the Setup and Settings tabs for the Lexmark Fax Solutions.

• Select when to print a fax usage report.
• Select when to print a fax activity report

Select when to print an activity report is the only close item I can find. Nothing whatsoever about a confirmation report.
