There is a sensor on the front left side usualy that detects the cover open or closed state. Check it maybe you made a mistake at assembling it or something came in between and the sensor can't detect it.

SOURCE: Paper Jam Message

Thanks for the solution. I have a oki B4300, same problem.
I opened top, removed toner/drum. On your left, in front, there is metal roller held by springs. Plastic strip is just in front of this. Two square windows under plastic strip should look dark.
In my case, the Left "window "was white. This was a very small piece of paper which also extended under a small, moveable magnetic switch to the far left. I removed this paper by grabbing it (next to the switch) with a pair of surgical forceps, gently twisting it until it could be pulled out. No need to remove any parts. It now is fixed!
Thanks again.

SOURCE: I´ve got a message on my oki C5510 mfp

Check the toners are not empty. The printer only estimates how much it thinks should be left, there is a possibilty one is empty. this is best done by removing each toner in turn and checking that the hopper in the drum is full to level with the sponge surrounding it. Next check are the toner sensors. These are small and located to the right of each toner cartridge in the wall of the printer, one could be dirty creating the error and not allowing the printer to start up completely, causing the scanner connection to fail and giving you "Failed to get printer information". On this model the scanner and printer are essentially separate units joined by a USB cable.

Getting a 50.6 FUSER ERROR on a HP color Laserjet 9500 printer. I bought the image fuser kit and replaced it. Still getting the error. Suggestions?

check the connector that the fuser connects to for damage. If the plug is intact you will probably need to replace the power supply (Low Voltage PS) C8546-69003 is the part number

on a unit of this vintage the part won't be cheap. A quick search on the net shows it from $350 - $600

Good luck

Fusing unit is not set properly

turn the printer off and reinstall the unit after it has cooled off (30 minutes). Then open cover B and D. Remove the fuser unit, then reinstall it properly. Close covers D and B. The error clears automatically if the fuser unit is properly installed.

If the error is not cleared, the fuser unit is out of order. Replace it with a new fuser unit.

Is there any way to reset the fuser on the dell 3110/3115?

You might try taking out the fuser and replacing it. First of all, I'd let the machine sit for at least 30 minutes if you've recently printed anything, as it needs time to cool down. After that, press the button on the upper right side of the device to release the cover. Then release the chute gate to its upright position. Release the two tabs on each side of the fuser to unlock the unit and slowly pull it out of the machine. To replace it, push the fuser connectors into the slot firmly to make sure it is properly seated . Lastly, close both of the levers you opened earlier to remove the fuser. Make sure the chute is also lowered to the position it was in before. You can then close the front cover. Hopefully that will resolve all your printer issues. If not, you may need to contact a support technician. Good luck!

Fatal error 923, 922

-922 Fuser Error messages indicate that the fuser unit failed to reach the standby temperature.
If this is the first time you have seen the error, turn the printer off and on.
-Leave the printer off for at least 10 seconds before turning it back on. This gives the printer's engine board a chance to reset.
If this is an intermittent error, you may want to check how the printer is plugged in, even if it has worked on this surge device for months. Make sure the printer is plugged straight to the wall and not through a surge device or power strip. Power strips and uninterrupted power supplies can cause a low amperage problem in your printer which can trigger a false fuser error.
If this does not help or if this error appears every time the printer is powered on, you will probably need service on the machine.

- 923 Fuser Error indicates that the fuser unit is getting too hot while printing or when the printer is idle. Make sure that nothing is stuck inside the fuser unit that can cause the fuser unit to overheat. To check for any stuck sheets of paper in the fuser unit:
Locate the rear door and open it. The rear door opens and drops down towards you.
Look into the back of the printer. See if there is any paper or any other item stuck there that could be causing the fuser unit to overheat.
If you cannot find anything jammed up or broken in the back of the printer, open the upper front cover of the printer and remove the toner cartridge. Look into the printer from the front. See if you can see anything jammed into the back area of the printer.
If nothing appears to be jammed in the printer, the fuser unit or the main power supply of the printer will probably need to be replaced to fix this problem.
