To download click on the sofware tab, select your OS to download & install the "PC Studio" for your system. Plug in the USB G600 to PC and you should be able to view your data in the Windows Explorer and your can copy and paste the files/data from the phone to your PC.
Try opening (my computer) after pluging in the cable and turning on the samsung. See if the computer picks up the Samsung, if not leave it pluged in and turn off and back on the Samsung. You should see it in (My Computer) along with your hard drive and dvd rom. if not go to the Samsung webpage and see if you can find your G600 and download the software to Sync your computer with the G600. Make sure you have the right OS and hardware to Sync it. If you have Bluetooth you can go to someplace Like Best Buy and get a USB Bluetooth for your computer and transfer pics through wireless buletooth.
