Did you upgrade from the 420G to 440G? Certain mobile phone upgrades affect the ability of TracFone customers to send text messages internationally. Some of the phones identified to have had this SMS issue are the LG290C, LG420G and the Samsung T301G. The problem is present when an error message appears on your TracFone device after you send a text message to am international number that says, "Check SMS Restrictions"
Or your phone isn't capable of texting internationally. If it's supposed to then you need to call Tracfone customer service and tell them.
hi, if you are having trouble sending or recieving text messages then the fisrt thing you need to do is delete all the sent and recieved messages and also drafts due to the fact that if your memory is full this will give you loads of problem sending and recieving text or mms messages so deleting these will then get your messages working again.
If how ever you still cant send or recieve text messages then the chances are that your message center number is wrong or got mest up, what you need to do is contact your service provider and ask them to send you the text message center number settings, they will then tell you the correct message center number and how to change this setting on your phone.
They wont charge for this and it will only take 2 minutes to solve your problem.
If you can send text messages from your phone and just not receive them, it's a problem with your phone carrier and not the phone itself.
Try a quick test and send yourself a text from the web using http://www.afreesms.com. That will tell you if it's a problem with your phone or the other phone you're using to send texts to yourself.
Phone your carrier's support number and tell them you aren't receiving incoming text messages. Chances are it's an issue with your account, or a problem with their network. Either way you will have to get in touch with them.
friend your problem is that "your phone is unable to send message"
alright dear there is no need to take tension ,i'll tell you that how can you resolve this problem.
1.first of all go to your mobile message option 2.check fo r your message center number 3.call to customer care and ask for message center number 4.then match your message center number (dont forget to write country code like for india +91) 5.then switch off your cell phone for 15 second and restatrt it. 6.congrats your problem is resolved now.
if it wll not work than reply me i'll tell you another method....thanks
Okay if you notice this happens to you Send yourself a picture message (Any Multimedia Message should work) and all of a
sudden you will start to receive all your texts messages like crazy lol. I like
to think of it as a clogged toliet and it needs the plunger to push all the
stuff through hehehe.
On this kind of error, you should contact your Network Service Provider because they can tell you the number of the Message Center Number that will allow you to send and receive messages.
