if your Tv have sounds but no picture,,try to replace the y sustain board.

its a 2006 LCD tv its supposed to that.

Line failures are comon on all plamsa and LCD screens.
Best way to test is connect via HDMI or PC into the TV if it still has the line it is 80% the screen.

Please connect your Plasma TV into the HDMI port and then keep trying two keys together on the keyboard "FN" & "F4"... this will help you

Fuses won't usually exibit a popping sound. It is more likely a component on a cirrcuit board has failed such as a mosfet,capacitor or diode.

plasma's are tricky little devil's you might try to acess you menu and set video properties to default or try another video input and see what happens. the hdtv part has me kinda stumped but then again all the boards cramped into such a small space only invites problems i.e heat related. anyhow let me know your progress
