Some phones are unable to send or receive MMS messages if they are not on cellular connection but on WiFi.. if this is the case, turn off WiFi and just be on cellular

Some devices if on Power Save mode, it will not send or receive MMS messages because it takes up a lot of memory.. try turning off Power Save to see if this helps your situation

If you have a weak signal, this could also be the cause for not being able to send or receive MMS messages. I have a Note 4 and this happens to me when I have weak signal.

If you want to receive picture messages on your phone, you must activate the MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) on your phone.For this you have to contact your Network Service provider and upon request they will send the settings to your phone via a configuration message.Open and save the message from your inbox.Please note that you will be charged ( depends on different Network Service providers) for using the MMS service on your phone.

MMS seetting required for using MMS serviece(GPRS seetting and MMS setting is different).
To get the MMS setting please call your service provider.
They will send you the MMS setting.After you receive please save the settings to your
phone.
Then you can start send and receive MMS without ant problem.

Hi,

If you want to send message with a picture attached, it means you are sending MMS..To send or recieve MMS you should should have a MMS SETTINGS, think you dont hace MMS setting in your phone.

My advice is ask the operator to send the MMS settings, they may send it through air and save it to your mobile, restart your mobile and you should able to MMS after then...

to send or recieve mms msgs you have to activate it from the service provider's side.Only then you would be able to send and recieve MMS messages.

YOUR BB MMS SETTINGS IS CORRUPTED SO CALL YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER AND ASK THEM TO SEND THE MMS SETTINGS TO YOUR BB.
