How to transfer computer pics to flash drive

Perhaps it's telling you to transfer the pics to a subdirectory rather than the base of the drive..

Create a New folder on your desktop and name it anything you want, "new pics" "Pic's from Camera" Whatever. Next.

plug the usb/gig stick/flash drive into one of your computer Usb slots,..
a window Should open up with an option of View Files, So View the files, Which should be your pics. .. Copy all and go to your folder on the desktop and paste all your pics..

Click on my computer and you should see a E drive or F drive With files in that Which should be your pic's look and see if they are your pics and Copy them to the Desktop folder for you computer to have them...

Select all the photographs you want to transfer, then right click on anyone of them and select "Send to" and select the flash drive in the list.

Do you have a Thumb drive? I dont know what computers you are using or the OS's of the laptop and desktop. A thumb drive or a CD. Load the Pics on one or the other and transfer. Do you have a home network? If so you can share the info. Wired or wireless network?

The simplest way is to use a usb flash drive or an external drive. Simply plug it into the tablet and open it once the computer recognizes it. Create a folder on the USB Flash or External and call it TabletPics for example. Then go to where the pictures on the tablet (probably in my documents or my pictures). You can copy the one picture from the tablet by highlighting it then right clicking on it and select copy or you can select Edit then copy at the top of the window where the pictures are. Then go to the usb flash drive or external drive and paste them by selecting Edit Paste or by right clicking anywhere within the Folder we created called TabletPics and select Past.. If you have a lot of pictures you want to copy you can try clicking on the first one you want to highlight it then go down to the last one you want and press the Shift Key and hold it while you Click on the last picture you want. It will highlight every thing you selected then you can copy them as we did before with the one picture and go paste them on the usb Flash Drive or External Drive in the Folder we created called Tablet Pics.

When you are done copying the pictures to the usb flash drive or external drive from the tablet, remove it and go plug it into the computer you want to put them on. It's the same process you will be copying pictures from folder TabletPics on the usb or external to a folder on the computer. Actually you can just copy the whole tabletpics folder by clicking on it and then Paste the whole folder on to the computer in the My Pictures folder.

The easiest way to transfer pictures from a PC to a USB device is to select the pictures on the PC, (usually located in "My Pictures" if running Windows XP), right click and select copy, then go to the USB drive and right click and paste. This will of course leave a copy of the pictures on the PC. If you wish to not have a copy, then you can select the pictures and delete them. If you need to select multiple pictures at once, then I would use CTRL & A (to select all). You could then use CTRL & C(for copy) and CTRL & V (for paste). Hope that this helps.

Insert your sandisk drive intor the usb connector 2. browse the pictures you want to transfer 3. select the pictures (multiple select by holding Ctrl and clicking the picture or select pictures one-by one) 4. after selecting the pictures right click on them and select "Copy" (or your can just press Ctrl+C) 5. go to "My Computer" and browse your USB stick 6. right click and select "Paste" (or you can press Ctrl+V)

Yes sir , for sure.
For transferring pictures u can use usb flash drives.

Insert the drive into the pc copy and paste the files/pics.
safely remove it.
Now insert it on your laptop, and u can copy the files.

The flash drive will be represented like a new drive in my computer.

Did you go to "Start">>>"My Computer">>>"Flash Drive" ?
Also, some cameras create more than one folder and the names of the folders don't give you much indication of which one(folder) your pictures are in,so you have to search them all.
