When turning on tv does not complete cycle on sreen

Find the settings menu in the TV. It sounds like you turned the green off completely. You can usually set the hues and colors and adjust for your preference or for lighting and such. Hope that helps.

If the problem is same with different input devices and you have ensured there are no loose contacts in power outlet, RC jack, cable and sockets, the TV needs servicing.

sounds like your actual tv tubes blew causing no picture usually more expensive to fix than to just buy a new tv bad luck

Is it on the correct source? Check to see where you have it plugged into the back or side if the TV (make sure it is an input and not an output) and then select that source in the TV menu.

Depending on type of TV, it will be Line 1,2, or 3... maybe 'Video' .... So many possibilities...

If that is not it.... might take it to a different TV and try there.... if it does not work try different cables, then assume the DVD is bad (is it just a DVD palyer and not a combo VHS/DVD player...?)

call Comcast and do nothing more. if they messed it up make sure they fix it or you could be out a tv and a cable box. if they wont then call the manufacturer of the tv.

Try unplugging for 36 hours. I had the same problem but with no sound and picture
