Hi..

50/50 to get them back, you need to read the firmware flex, back it up, then flash the phone whit previous software version, and then right the flex file back as this will restore all your numbers.

have seen some cases that just firmware upgrading the unit would still keep the numbers but have seen other time that it did not save them.

SOURCE: bootloader USB INIT

this happens to phones that have had water damage or something else and a way that might make it work is to take the battery out for no more than 60 seconds and put it back in and push the *,# and power buttons at the same time and if the blue screen comes up, while on the screen push the buttons and hold them until it goes normal. it worked for me

Get this Phone reflashed. Of course if you Dropped the Phone or if it went into water then Forget it about spending 35-50 Bucks on reflasing this phone. because it will go back to Boot Mode.

You may not have to send the phone out.I had the same screen and I got it by pressing the star and pound key I believe or the 1 and 3 keys or pressing the keys above that.It went away after I pressed them again. But I can't remember because I got to that screen by accident trying to remember my code to unlock the phone and start the phone to get it to work and stay on.

I'm getting a bootloader usb init screen

Your phone is partly fried. It needs to be re-flashed. You can do it with a USB cable and the proper software....Google "bootloader USB" for some help in finding the software. One thing to try, hold down the "*" and "#" keys while powering up the phone, this could possibly help, but I doubt it.

Good Luck!!!

Bootloader usb init

hold the end key(power) and it should restart back to normal. If it goes back into bootloader then your phones software could be corrupt or could have a wrong value in somewhere. What provider is this?

Bootloader usb init

This means that the phone firmware is corrupt - you can try to reflash it using Motorola software update, but it might not work for a phone stuck in bootloader mode:
