Right earphone wont work.

My mp3 emits sound from my left earphone perfectly and I have to sometimes twist the wire of my earphone to be able to hear sound from the right side. I also tried replacing the earphones with a new pair and the problem still continues to occur.

It is very likely that the problem is in your MP3 player and not your ear phones. If it is still under guarentee, then take it back to where you bought it. If not it may be that the earphone jack plug is faulty? It is a trade off between the cost of repair against the cost of a new one. These things are often glued together so opening it could break it anyway - sorry

How to fix coby cv320 headphones

If you hear sounds from only one earphone then most likely there is a broken wire to the earphone that is not producing a sound.
It is difficult to determine exactly where the wire is broken and repair. I suggest you get a new earphone.

Can only hear from 1 side of earplugs on my electro brand mp3

three possible scenarios, either the balance ( left/right) setting of menu are set to favor right vs. left. the earbud cable is not seated properly or defective sometimes the earphone jack itself on MP3 is not making contact, or broken speaker inside earplug

My earphones' audio isn't right. I have to twist the wires to get it fixed. Sometimes, it only has sounds on the left or on the right or nothing. What should I do?

You have fault in the wires that has been twisted and open/ shorted within losing the connectivity. The best thing is to get this replaced if you can do the work by yourself, you will have to buy the shielded twin core wires, one headphone stereo jack, open the earpiees carefully- it is tricky,so do it gently, solder the wires in accordance with the lead and shield on either sides and then connect to the stereo headphones. Hope this wil work out for you. Good day

The MP3 player earphones only work sometimes. Left will work the right doesn't, the right works the left doesn't. Somethimes if you move the MP3 player, neither one of the speakers work. We purchased new...

Sounds as though either the earphone's Plug isn't the right size or plug end shape... OR the actual Jack is faulty, and only making intermittent connections... or the wire to them is broken. What is best is take the MP3 unit along when buying any head/earphones and try them in shop.. As for Walmart... Talk to a manager and demand a refund or a change of type... Don't take NO for an answer. Also you don't need to spend that amount for them... any cheap pair that works will be OK. Try before you buy.

Earphones stop working

I had this very problem. The Sansa worked great for over 1 year, but then I started getting some dropping out of sound on the left side. Today I went to an electronic shop and they opened up the unit. There was a small crack in the solder of the earphone jack on one side. So the electrician just used a fine point solder and fixed that, then strengthened the other solder points of the jack to make sure it won't happen again... I hooked in the earphones....and it is PERFECT again!!!! So, don't lose hope...just take it in to a decent electronics shop and they will most likely be able to fix your problem. And he only took around US$10 for the job. Beats buying a new player...
