Sounds like you kneed a lamp you may wana look for a original idem if you go to Discount Merchant they should be able to help you get a original idem they also trouble shot
-Plug your mp3player in
-Open My Computer
-Look for the folder with the brand name of your mp3player and open the folder
-Go into Recordings or something like it
-Select a song and press Delete
Well, another way is you can go to file browser and go to the file you wish to delete. once your at it hold menu until it says delete. press delete and it wil be deleted,
SOUNDS LIKE YOU NEED TO CONNECT YOUR MP3 player to your computer open the music folder from the mp3 delete every song then try and down load the music from your computers music library
Connect your mp3 player to your computer or laptop, go to my computer, find the icon for your mp3 player, open it up and hihglight everthing you want unistall wtih right click on mouse , right click on it and delete.
