Have you check the Printer control board. Also does the toner bottle turn? You can force it in 47 Mode. to turn the bottle motor CW or CCW

Theres a service code to run the calibration program to reset the colors. It should be ran by a technician because that machine is very picky about running the procedure the right way. If someone shortcuts it, it makes a big mess.

With three error codes on the screen, it won't be something easy on your end to clear it.

Reset it, start it with the right door open, go to service mode, clear the counters for drum and developer and go to functions menu. Close the right door and start immediately the F8 function. It should work.

Konica minolta continuous printing

Have you had the developers and drums replaced or does the screen say Replace PC Drums? There are certain house chores the copier does before "Ready to Copy" it is waiting for them to get done, so that equals "Please Wait". One big item is making sure the developer and toner are properly mixed inside the developing units next to the drums. Did you recently replace the drums and the developer if so did you clear the counters for the drums and developer, FIRST? IF not then the copier thinks the new drum and new developer are old. The copier works on the counters that is how it knows it got a new drum and developer. Get new developers and a new drums and have it installed correctly. Counters are clear before the unit is yanked out of the machine, then you remove the drums unit replace the developer. (DO NOT USE A VACUUM CLEANER WHEN REPLACING THE DEVELOPER static electricity can destroy the sensor located below the developer unit. .

How do I change the drum on a bizhub 3510

First ensure fax line and and network cable is disconnected (If no FAX or network dont worry) dont want any print jobs or faxs arriving before you run Developer and drum checks after replaceing both.. Second go to the service mode and clear the drum and developer counters touch end then power off the using main power switch left hand side rear. You will be replacing both do not just replace the drum. Ensure your drum comes with what is called a drum cleaning blade, along with your developer. Secondly open the right side door and remove the Image unit. Dissamabley the image unit four silver screws two per side. Then pull each side apart from the base and lift up. T change developer remove the 3 alummin screws fro the base top. Then dump the old developer DO NOT USE A VACUUM CLEANER THE STATIC ELECTRICITY WILL DESTROY THE SENSOR AT THE BOTTOM OF THE DEVELOPER UNIT!!!!!!!!!! Turn the gears on the side so that large roller that runs along th\e front of the developer unit turns downward. keep turing it unit all of the old developer is out. DO NOT USE WATER OR WET RAGS to cleanup use a brush. Add your new developer. One Bag only. Reassamable. Now for the Drum. Remove both side covers one side has small plasitic been so be careful. Reove drum remove three screws to remove old cleaning blade this section you can use a vacuum clean turn the gears to get the hold section clean. install the new cleaning blade and drum DO NOT TOUCH THE DRUM use only the side gears. Replace the SCTRON Grid and Charge Corona UNIT. REassaembly Image Unit. Then POwer up the machine, Enter service mode and run Fuction F8. Do not may copies or prints before this or you will have to buy new developer again.

IF YOU REALLY WANT TO DO THIS?????? HAVE SERVICE TECH COME OUT AND DO THIS

What part of the machine is affected in error code C2557 of Konica Minolta bizhub 350

Sir/Mam, Might want to have the developer replaced and drum/cleaning blade normally done all together, then run the F8 procedure/Developer Charge, and make sure the counters where cleared. Did you recently replace the drum and the developer if so did you clear the counters for the drum and developer, FIRST? IF not then the copier thinks the new drum and new developer are old. The copier works on the counters that is how it knows it got a new drum and developer. Get new developer and a new drum and have it installed correctly. Counters are clear before the unit is yanked out of the machine, then you remove the image unit/drum unit replace the developer/drum and cleaning blade. (DO NOT USE A VACUUM CLEANER WHEN REPLACING THE DEVELOPER static electricity can destroy the sensor located below the developer unit. Then reinstall and RUN F8/Developer Charge. Make sure the fax line and Ethernet cable is removed can't print anything until the F8 is run. Or you will start all over again with new developer and a new drum.
