IC ON PBC POWER SUPPLY TC????

The main power supply regulator section circuit fault. Either it will be a separate board, or the part of main board. Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. First, You should to replace by original part, then you should check the voltages on power supply, and check the voltage for vertical IC based on datasheet, also check the voltages on vertical section including yoke and last you should check the ESR capacitors on vertical section.

No standby power on these sets after a power loss is usually a bad IC at location U203 on the back of the power supply board. It's a Fairchild FAN6755 8-pin surface mount IC... A cheap, easy fix if you have basic soldering skills...

If both the controller and the flyback is faulty it is best to buy a new monitor than to repair.

Your Tv has verical shift problem. It is not the supply problem. It can be got repaired. Sometimes it may be the fault of chroma Ic. In panasonic telivision the chroma section has an ic and it is surface mounted. We will call as SMDs. An SMD replacement needs special tools, which a normal sevice mechanic can't afford. So it is best for you to contact the authorised sevice center of Panasonic nearby.

Shrinking picture is a voltage regulation problem in the switch mode power supply, Possibly a cap used in the feedback circuit. Or an over current condition on the B+. This is a very tech intense repair because there is no magic bullet. If it is shrinking on bright scenes then you can bet it is a regulation problem, bright scenes draw more current from the power supply causing this effect. I would not suspect the horiz output because the regulation for this circuit usually comes from the main switch mode power supply. One diagnostic is to monitor the B+ going to the horizontal output and see if it fluctuates. If so you can bet it is a cap or optical coupler in the switch mode circuit.

Follow the left channel lead to where it joins with the PCB. Use a pointed tool and prod connections if you get a buzz then that stage in the amp is working. I suspect you will find it leads to a IC that might cause the fault. If you find it buzzers on the right but not left, then it's gone. PS don't short pins. If you can get hold of a signal injector it will make things easy.
