Why doesn't my blackberry play book charger not fit into port any longer

You'll have to take it to a repair technician to have the port changed. They don't cover that damage so they can make you buy the next one that comes out.

Sorry but normally after something like that you can try to see if you can get it repaird by the maker of it or just get a new tablet.

This kind of fault is only limited to a few causes.
First of all, it is not likely that all chargers you have tried are bad. So the fault is definitely coming from the phone. it is most likely that the charging port on the phone is bad and needs replacement of needs to be worked upon. This may not be very expensive depending on your location and the extent to which the damage has been done.
Also, it is very possible that the power source is not good enough to charge the phone. As such, you might be required to plug the phone's charger into a number of outlets that you are sure are operating fine. This would help you determine if the fault is coming from the charger, outlet or phone.
Lastly, if you are just trying random chargers, you would have to get a charger that you are confident is working and you have to try it. If it still doesn't work, you have to send it to a repairer as trying to fix the charging port yourself could let to a more serious damage to your phone.

The only thing you can do is use another BB to charge up the battery, and then swap batteries. Someone usually has a broken BB (screen dark, sound stopped working etc) which they will give you for free..

You need to find out if the problem is with your current AV charger - the battery or the phone.

Clean the battery and the metal connection with a dry cloth, and try to charge using a USB charger.

ok so what u basically do is just keep the charger in the usb port. then take the battery out then plug it back in. this totally works!

Buy a sidekick II charger hooking it up with a usb cable wont do anything, and the blackberry is meant to charge blackberrys not sidekicks
