Try going to GooglePlay and get the TracFone My Account app. It will show you your minutes/data/texts remaining, options to add air time, etc. Should do the trick for you. Here's a link telling about it:
You have to create an account at www.tracfone.com and register your phone. You'll also enter your credit card info. After that, just click on Add Airtime by Phone.
The phone you have now has nothing to do with what you want besides the fact it does not do what you want, the relevant information to provide was that you have tracfone service (with simcard) and would like to upgrade to a bluetooth phone.The phone you may want to try is LG221C it is 14.99 usd and it is bluetooth capable.
