Probably set for the incorrect character type. Check your specs and see if its see for a default of PDF or something instead of text. These files use non printable characters and sometimes confuse printers. If you could be more specific, such as OS, Printer type and program you are submitting it through, maybe I can be of more help.

Setup printer settings are in the software, not the hardware.

This error code is not for the waste toner box. The problem is the transfer waste motor (right side duplex door of machine). Probably clogged auger stalling motor which needs to be vacummed out.

I think the drum unit has a counter in a small circuit board, it knows how many pages have been trough it, so if you have replaced the drun unit, then I would say you have a defective one and I would return it and get another one.

for vertical line 9deletions): laser window obstructed by dust or foreign material; clean thoroughly the laser window (slit glass) between drum & laser unit; with atmost care. it is sensitive!! use softest cloth or blower is preferred.

CD81 is an error code for full waste toner bag, or waste toner auger is being locked up, all you have do is separate the finisher from the copier(a green lever inside the finisher door or hole punch unit door), open the side door on the left side, pull the the waste toner bag out, dispose the waste toner properly, then tap the waste toner bag lightly (to make sure you clear the light sensing area is clear for waste toner full detection), reverse the procedures -please consult your user guide. Better yet, ask your dealer give you a spare waste toner bag.
