The microwave is not heating. I was able to see an F - 5 code.

"SE" means you have a shorting membrane keypad, or that there is moisture, grease or other deposits on the control circuit board which is causing a short.
Is it possible that some
spray cleaner accidentally got into the controls?
Direct spraying of
cleaners on the keypad and steam from the
cooktop can damage the controls.
I always recommend that
you spray non-ammonia
cleaner on a
soft cloth (not a paper towel which can scratch) and gently wipe the
keypad.
And I always recommend
that you use the vent fan whenever you're cooking on the stove
top to keep heat, steam, and
grease out of the controls and door panels.
You didn't mention your model number, so my answer cannot be as detailed as usual.
On some models, you have to replace the membrane keypad itself by peeling it off and sticking a new one on. That's a pain, but usually cheap.
If you (or someone you
know) might want to replace it yourself, I have uploaded a handy guide with pictures showing you what's typically
involved.
On other models, you can order a new control panel frame assembly, which comes with a new keypad already attached.
That costs a little more but is MUCH easier.
There is a YouTube video here which shows you how to remove a typical
over the range control panel assembly in under 5 minutes.
You can find helpful exploded views and and order parts at the Sears Parts Direct
Web site.
