The bag is full lighT keeps coming on and we have checked all your steps for clogs. When I had the front off without the bag it was working ??
If the bag door is put back on, there's still a clog somewhere. Check behind the brush roll via the trapdoor but also look down that section with a torch. Also, check the suction channel at the bottom after the wand has been taken out. The bag light also acts as the filter condition - is the filter blocked or maybe needs cleaning?
You MUST use genuine Sebo X series bags. Do Not use generics. If you have not replaced your HEPA filter in over 2 years, you need to do that as well. That is the tower filter beside the bag. A Sebo service box includes 10 bags, the HEPA filter, exhaust filter and sealing strip. That should all be done every 2 years. If you hose isn't clogged that is most likely your problem. If not, take it to your local vacuum repair shop.

Unless the circuit board is bad, you still have a clog, Either in the hose, or the dirt inlet by the brush roll.

1.If your sebo is less than five years old, you have a reciept, and are not using it commercially, in most cases this machine will still be under factory warranty. To locate
an authorized sebo dealer simply call sebo or use the dealer locator on their website.
2. If it is no longer under warranty:
First i would pick up something small such as a balled up gum wrapper and make sure it makes it to the bag, more often than not something is not checked, and its still plugged. Heres how i'd check for plugs.
Simply go back up through the steps to reassemble.
If your test makes it into the bag just fine and you are not plugged, the tall filter inside the bag compartment would be my next suggestion and since you changed this it should not be a problem. This leaves few possible problems. Circut board error/Sensor error would be my next step. Essentally its one in the same, but there is no great way to test them without simply replacing parts. (an expensive proposition) The local sebo dealer will more than likely have a working used board they pop in and out to check for problems. Some dealers may let you use these others will require you either buy the parts or pay for labor.
*Bad boards in sebo/windsor products are extremely rare, my bet is always on a plugged filter or plug in general. Be sure to look carefully something as small as a toothpick surrounded by carpet fuzz can set them off.
Best of Luck

Have you checked the filters to see if they are blocked and need cleaning/replacing. Failing that it could be the sensor at fault.
