Instruction manual I need the manual, and parts list, I think some parts are missing

Google thinks your machine is a Bernina, so New Home would be the Model Name and 1300 is the model number. There is also a Brother 1300. https://www.google.com/search?q=new+home+1300+sewing+machine+manual

Possibly a similar model manual for sale cheaply. Not a detailed parts or repair manual but it has illustration of names of parts.

You can download free your user's manual, AND if you are the person trying to locate a parts list, it is also available there, again free. Go to the Singer site and select Support and then Instruction manuals and enter your model number. To get the parts list, put "parts list" in the search box; the top result will be the replacement parts page, and select your model number. I checked and both are there as free downloads.

I found 1 website when I was looking. I don't know if it will help but it's manualsonline.com. Another that was listed on this page was Blurtit.com but I haven't looked at that one. If you go to google.com and type in sewing machine manuals, it will give you a list of suggestions.

Here is a company that is very good at this. You might find it directly on the order pictures but it might be helpful to talk with somebody there.
