My tablet wont pass the prestige elite screen, what do I do?

Try this, hold down the power button, and the
Volume down buttons at the same time. Keep holding
Until you see a 3d android, lying on it's side.
Then use the volume down button, scroll down to either,
system reboot. Or factory reset ( if you have an SD card in, take it out first)
The reboot will just reboot your tablet, and it should
Turn on and fix the problem.
the factory reset, will erase everything in the system.
If it ran alight before, and you had stuff saved to the
Tablet, it will erase it also. I'm sorry but it can't be saved.
so make sure your SD card is not in.it will erase it too.
The factory reset will restore the tablets settings, and reboot. But only do this as a last resort. Hope this helps

I did that but my tablet still does not want to pass the anroid sign if i switch it on what is wrong

RE-SET PRESTIGE ELITE 8Q ANDROID TABLET.

hold down the power button & volume down button together then when the prestige screen comes on hold volume up button
using the volume down button go to swipe data highlight swipe data press power button to ok go down to yes highlight yes press power button to ok it and it will reset then go to reboot it the 1st what highlighted then press power button restart your tablet
