Try removing screen and see if anything is disconnected.

You don't say what trouble shooting you've done. So lets start with the basics: 1) make sure your power cable is plugged all the way in from the back of the printer to the power strip. Make sure your power strip is on. (cannot tell you how many times this has been my problem). Make sure the plugs on both sides of the transformer (the black box in the power cable) are plugged all the way in. I'd unplug and replug everything.
2) The power button on this machine is not real obvious. It is to the left and aligned with the top of the control panel screen. I've attached a picture.
3) if that doesn't do anything open the cartridge access panel. The machine should light up, give you an error message on the control panel.
4) if none of these work and you've rechecked your power, I'd take it back to where you purchased it.
