How to unblock phone from vodafone protect pin

sim cards are PUK and pin code specific
by changing sim cards , the system sees it as a stolen phone and locked it out of use

You can call customer service and ask them for your PIN. In most cases they'll give you the PIN (or PUK, if you need one). Maybe you will need something to identify yourself (ID card or contract,...).

Your Huawei device requests PIN (Personal Identification Number) and PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) codes to protect your SIM card and device against unauthorized use. Note that all PIN and PUK codes are provided by your network operator. Huawei is not able to provide you PIN or PUK codes.

Please take note of the following:

When your insert your SIM card and boot up your device for the first time, you need to enter the PIN code. For security reasons it is recommended to change it to your own code, instructions on how to change the PIN code in your device is provided in the user guide or Nokia web site. If the PIN code is entered incorrectly multiple times, your device may request a PUK code to further validate the user's identity and to unlock and change the blocked PIN code.

The PIN2 code is a PIN code which acts as a second layer of protection for certain features of your phone. If the PIN2 code is entered incorrectly multiple times, your phone may request a PUK2 code.

If you have forgot or simply do not know the codes, you must contact your Network Operator for assistance. However, if you have already contacted but the code does not work, you should consider getting a new SIM card.

the puk or the pin unlock key is when you entered the wrong pin on the phone more than 3 times. To unlock it, you better call the customer service of your provider, which is vodafone, and ask for your puk. Accessing your puk is free. The vodafone site has an option to access the puk, just visit the vodafone site (example, if your from australia, vodafone.com.au then click on self service, then click on manage mobile settings online (including PUK), then click on learn more to activate your sim card using your PUK.
There are 3 ways to accessing your puk: the first is thru online: Register and/or login at My Vodafone. Once you've logged in, navigate to the My Vodafone menu (top of screen) and select 'My Phone Setup' then 'Settings Summary'. The PUK code is located under Mobile Information
second is thru email, on the contact us section provided on the site of vodafone
third is thru contacting vodafone.
once you have your PUK, enter the code on the phone, then you will be prompted to enter your chosen pin (4-8 characters) then re-enter your chosen pin then your phone should be working.
please take note that some motorolla and sagem phone require you to enter **05* before the PUK code.

Hi,the best and only way to get the unlock code for your sagem phone,is to contact your service provider(vodafone) and request for the unlock code,which will be given to you for free.
However,they might be asking some funny questions,just tell them you are travelling to a country where vodafone does not exist like Ghana.

PUK refers to Personal Unblocking Key. This is a Code which is offered only by Service Provider. There is NO charge. Call up Vodafone and ask for the same and they would be glad to offer that.
