Admin password password configuration telephone

The wireless password is set in your router configuration.

You need to access your router's configuration screens to set the password. This is usually done by directing your web browser to your router by typing in a web address something like http://192.168.1.1 or http://192.168.0.1. After you connect and login, you will see screens that show your router configuration and you are looking for something like "wireless access" or "wifi access".

You will need to know the administrative user id and password of your router to login and access these screens. Assuming you haven't changed it from the default, these user ids and passwords can be found in the routers documentation, either printed or online or by using a web search engine. If your router came from your ISP (telephone or cable company) sometimes the admin user and password are printed on a label somewhere on the router.

To re-enable the Console access requires the SW2900 series to be reset to its default settings via the WEB INTERFACE

- Device >Configuration >Initialize To change the Default User "ADMIN" password it is necessary to use the Console connection

Symptom:
SW2900 Baseline Switch - Default console access disabled following password change
From the web interface, the default user "admin" password is changed and console access is disabled
Cause:
When applying the new password, by default the service-type is set to "telnet". When applied, the default "terminal" setting is removed thus disabling console access.

to configure any router. you need to first know what is the make or model of your router. and after knowing the router, you need to know its default ip address. for example : NETGEAR IP address is 192.168.1.1 same thing for linksys. default USERNAME is "admin" default PASSWORD is "password" for LINKSYS is "admin" for username " admin " for password. after that you would be able to configure your routers

First try with the default setting for your router.
Default IP Address :- 192.168.0.50
Default admin username :- admin
Default admin password : Don't enter anything keep it blank.

If this will not work then you have to reset your router.

You can also configure it with below method.
Connect your router to computer with ethernet cable then you can access it with following default link. http://192.168.1.1 or http://192.168.0.1 or http://192.168.15.1 or http://192.168.2.1 If you are not able to access it with above ip then check your computers ip address gateway ip is your router ip try with it. Then it ask for user name and password. Type user as "admin" and password as "admin" or "password" or blank. Then you can see configuration page of router. If you are still not able to access router with above ip then you need to RESET it for that press RESET button for 10 seconds it is in back side of router then all settings defaults..Then you can access it with above method. Then click on WAN settings set it as your internet service provider settings enable DHCP Then click on wireless and enable it. . Then click on wireless->wireless security->WEP security there is code password note down it or enter new password then save setting s and restart router. then you can connect wireless with new password. 1.Open router page(192.168.0.1)
2.Enter the username and password.
3.Click Wireless settings.
If you have configure the password you can see it in this section or else you can configure the passwword as mentioned:

Name(SSID)-As per your choice
Region-As per your location
Channel-1
Mode-you can select g only (if u have a G wireless adapter)

Security options
WEP

Security Encryption
Authentication-Automatic
Encryption-64

Security Key
Key1-Type a 10 digit or 10 letters password(like your telephone number)

Click Apply and turn off the router for 30 seconds.

You have a secured network now.

yes you can use it with it.Just you need to configure your router as your french telephone ADSL settings.
You need to configure your router.
For that Connect your router to computer with ethernet cable then you can access it with following default link.

Then you can see configuration page of router.
Click on WAN settings and set those settings as your internet service provider settings.
Enable DHCP if you want to get ip from router.
Click on wireless settings enable wireless then enable WEP Security then add WEP code .It is your password to connect wi fi.Then save settings and restart router.
Then you can connect your wi fi network with that code.

If the SonicWALL's admin password is lost, there is no backdoor or other mechanism to bypass the administrator login. Please note that prefs files do not contain the admin name and password. So if you reset the firmware and import a current prefs file, you can gain access using the default login credentials ('admin' & 'password'). Without a current prefs file, you must reset the firmware and configure from scratch.

For models running SonicOS (Enhanced or Standard), you can reboot to factory defaults. This resets all settings including the admin name, password and LAN IP address. Import the current prefs file. The configuration is restored and use the defaults 'admin' and 'password' to login.

For models running Firmware 6.X, you must reset the firmware (wipe and upload using the reset procedure). Import the current prefs file. The configuration is restored and use the defaults 'admin' and 'password' to login. The 'Reset to Factory Defaults' button does not reset the admin name, password or LAN IP address for these models

Type in admin into the Logon box,and, admin into the password box, this should log you on.
