It is a 'stuck' key which is causing a 'short' which actually isn't, but permanently on, closed circuit, you will need to get under the keys and clean them with electrical switch cleaner. Or you buy a new button module and control board for 1,000 bucks, thank you for buying Jennair!

make sure oven is set for manual and not time bake if set for manual and oven does not come on check the bake element any appliance parts house can test your element

the usual cuase for this problem is that the element has gone, usually fairly cheap to buty and easy to fit.

Turn the power off at the breaker box for five minutes.
this will reset the system of any electronic glitches.

there is sometimes a thermal fuse inside the caseing might have to take the top off if not then you will need a new timer be safe and unplug

I would use a number 6. always better to use more then you need.

check the fuse/breaker for the bottom element

it must be thermostat in bottom oven
