I put password in .. now it say wrong password .. there was 3 ppl in the room .. we all try .. says the same thing wrong password .. I always use the same password .. this is 4 my granddaughter .. please help me .. been trying since this morning .. I Google and utube .. but no help .. can u help .. thank you
This will clear all data but it will unlock it.
Make sure the tablet is OFF.
Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons at the same time.
When the Android starts to flash, release the buttons,

If it's invalid, it's more than likely you got your google account wrong, check on your computer and if it still doesn't work try to reset your password, or simply start a new google account.
