Call forwarding how do I forward my VTech home phone calls to my cell?

Call forwarding is an add-on feature provided by your telephone company for a fee. Contact the phone company. The V-Tech DS6521-2 has the option of transferring a call between handsets, not to a cell phone. This uses the intercom feature to call another handset. See page 18 of the manual for more information.

That forward-to-another-number would usually be a function of the telephone company or service provider -- BUT the Vtech DS6522 and a similar AT&T phone do include a Bluetooth connectivity with an associated cellphone wherein the cellphone is the "service provider" and the Vtech handsets are "extensions" from the cellphone, a complicated scenario. See your model's manual ( it is available at www.manualslib.com ) and/or perhaps talk to your phone company. Good luck!

You need to have call divert service on your home phone and this can be avail by calling your service provider and then simply set it on your mobile number.

Hi Ecenthia. For the "Call forwarding" to work, you need to get in touch with your telephone service provider & subscribe to the call forwarding service.

It's called "call forwarding" and the procedure varies from company to company. With many, dial * 7 2 on your home phone, then at the second dial tone dial your cell phone number. Answer your cell phone when it rings to confirm the call forwarding. To cancel call forwarding when you return from vacation, dial * 7 3 on your home phone.
If the above doesn't work then contact your landline telephone company for their instructions regarding call forwarding.

Hello! You can turn on call forwarding by pressing 72# then wait until you hear the two tones and dial your number that you wish to send the calls to and then hang up the phone. The two tones signal that it has understood your command and is putting the line into forward mode.

To turn off cal fowarding, press 73# and wait again for the two tones and hang up.

1. To remove a number while listening to your list: Dial 07 as you hear the number, or right after hearing it.
2. To remove a number when you are not listening to your list: Press *. Dial the number, then press *.
   
   
3. Repeat for each number you're removing.
4. Hang up.
