You've got three different problems there. Blurred lines could be a printer head problem. Colors are wrong suggests that at least one of your ink tanks may be out of ink now. Straight lines being misaligned means that you need to realign your head again.
Go into your Canon's menu and look for something like Maintenance. There should be an option to align heads in there, along with something that says Clean Nozzle or Jets. Try cleaning and see if that resolves your problem.
If this is a printer that's been sitting idle for some time, you might need to clean the printer head as well. Search YouTube for instructions on cleaning printer head and/or cartridge. You usually use alcohol on a Q-tip to do that.

Well you already finished with head alignments.
And it's not straight even on Copy ? It needs service, the print head is busted and you can't buy a new head & replace it.
