Hi, you have 2 options.
1ST= Open on Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage > Manage Storage > Tap an item in Documents and Data > Slide unwanted items to the left and tap Delete > Tap Edit > Delete All to remove all the app's data.
"Or you can take help from the App which are available on Store for clear the cache."
If this does not solve your issue try this...
2ND= You need to uninstall facebook completely. By pressing and holding the icon until the all start to wiggle or shake lol, then press the "X" button in the top left of the icon. This will remove the app and its files from the device, then go back to the first step and ensure there is no files or cache for facebook still lingering around. The go to the app store and download the latest version of facebook and reinstall. once you sign in it will ask you if you want your facebook contacts and other info accessible. choose yes and it should copy all your facebook contacts and info to the iPad. Basically setting Facebook up on the iPad like you did originally on the original iPad. make sure you download from the App Store to ensure you are getting the latest version that is compatible with your device. "downloading from any other sites - you have no guarantee that the package you are installing is legit and not a backdoor virus" hope this helps.

Many "shutdown issues" are caused by over taxing your memory with open apps.
Double click the home key to view the open programs at the bottom. Tap the "-" signs to close most if not all apps. Swipe down or click the home key to return to the main screen; then try again.
get rid of some either messages,or files you've saved.try to think what you've been storing on it a lot.photos?recorded tv? etc.then retry what yr doing to get that message
When you open an app it is using memory. You can free memory by closing apps that are still open:
1. Press the home button twice quickly. You should see all the apps that are open, appear in small windows.
2. Grab an app with your finger and drag it to the top of the screen then let go. It closes the app to free up memory.
3. Use this method to close The rest of the open apps and then click on the remaining desktop to open it.
There's also an app that i use to free up even more memory. It's called BATTERY DOCTOR HD. Along with a battery tool, it has a tool that frees up memory. You may want to give it a try. I hope this has been helpful!
Double click the home button to bring up all the open apps on your iPad. They will list in a line across the bottom of the screen. If you are on iOS7 or later you simply swipe the screen shot of the app upwards to close the app completely. Then go back to your home screen and open the app as you normally do. This should force the app to reboot and work as intended.
