Hi there,
Fryer's Digital Controller will display "BOIL" if the temperature is it reading does not exceed 212F or 100C for quite some time. Make sure that there is enough level of oil (not water) in the Fry Pot before turning it on.

Not sure how to clean heating element

There are various fryer cleaners or degreasers that can be used. In most cases, the fryer is drained and wiped out, filled with water, and the appropriate amount of cleaner is added. Usually, the fryer is turned on and the cleaning solution is boiled for a time. Follow the directions for the cleaner. If heated, be careful that it does not boil over. A nylon scrub brush can be used if necessary but not metal scrubbers or utensils. Repeat if necessary. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Use protective gloves when working with fryer cleaners and be careful not to get the cleaner on painted surfaces, aluminum depending on cleaner's instructions.

Cleaning insrtructions

Gp to a restaurant equipment store or a food broker type place, or I can ship the product to you via UPS, but there are prodcuts developed specifically for cleaning fryers out, like Mr. Muscle, Degreaser, etc. You would fill your fryer up w/water, add the solution, like a packet of Mr. Muscle, and continue to boil the mixture for some time in the fryer.... After it's boiled for some time, use a fryer brush on your heating elements, etc, which you can also buy at a local store or I can ship one to you. When the fryer is clean, you will drain the mixture out and rinse several times. You want to make sure you get all the soap residue out of the fryer or it will destroy your oil after you add it in and try to cook with it...Rinse several times, then add your oil and you should be ready to go. You can also drop your fryer baskets in the mixture just like you are cooking and the boil out product will clean them too.. Be sure to drop them again as you rinse the whole unit out.. Hope this helps. Buy a couple of green pads too, and they should help you with any outside baked on stuff
Good luck,
Susan

Need a inistruction book to see how to strip iot down for cleaning

You don't say what type of fryer you have and that will make a huge difference, however you can also just use a deep fat fryer cleaner and boil it out... Depending on the size/model of your fryer, you will add a certain amount of ths product and then turn your thermostat on to high heat in order to make product boil. After it boils/cleans the unit out, you empty it, and rinse several times, and once all the soap residue is gone, add oil back in... If you have a removable pot, then just take it out and wash it in the sink... I do sell this product, in a powder or a gel...If I can help, please call me at 888-542-5959... What is the best way to get fryolators clean

Boiling out the fryer tank with the use of grease cutter will get rid of the soil that have build up on it. Make sure to refer with the boil out chemical guide for the right amount of solution and the right boil out temperature.

Its still bubbling when i raise the baskets

That is common if there is a lot of moisture, frost, or ice on the food being fried. Water can also collect at the very bottom of the fryer or in the drain pipe where it can be under 212F. If this is disturbed, the water can suddenly boil up. The oil itself will generally not boil unless heated quite a bit above normal operating temperatures. It will smoke heavily before it boils.

What soap product can be used in boiling and cleaning the fryer pots?

Hello, I would suggest you use a product meant to be used in a fryer, there are many, MR Muscle has one, try a google search for "fryer boil out", a big list will pop up, and you can order what suits you best online at most places.

Hope this helped, and thank you.

Boiling grease

When the issue starts have you actually checked the grease temperature? You can also checkto see if there is excessive grease build up on the themostat.Sometimes uncooked food particles can cause a boiling type motion in the fryer while they cook. be sure to do regular filterings of the grease, this will cut down on the suspended particles. If the grease temp is above 350, shut power off and check continuity on the thermostat,it could be sticking closed,in which case it will need to be replaced

Wells 35lbs fryer double vat

Hello

This sounds to me as if your thermostat is not cycling the unit off. But I can see a second problem as well there should be a high limit cutoff to prevent it from running on and boiling over. I would check both. The thermostat is the dial or knob to regulate temperature and the high limit is the safty to prevent boil over or run on.

Thanks
