Sounds like you have a bad stator. It may be producing enough spark to start the motor, but under a load (as in the water) it simply can not supply the amount of spark needed. Sometimes when a stator is tested on a ohms meter it may test good, but still be defective do to the load it will come in contact with when put in the water.
possible seized water pump
the one that is not working
follow it back to the source look for blockages
but personally i cannot see a blockage stopping all water coming out
so i would look more at the water pump
Jet ski's do not have an adjustment on the oil pumps unless they are cable operated. Most just run off the end of the crankshaft. If the machine sits for a while and the oil pump seal is leaking. Oil will collect in the crankcase and take a few minutes of running to clear out. You can live with this, replace the pump, or block off the pump and pre-mix. A popular, cheap solution but a pain when it comes to refueling. As for the lack of power you probably have water corrosion in your carburetor nothing a simple cleaning won't cure.
you may have something clogged in a water passage but more than likley u have a bad sensor the sensor is located on the main exhuast if you go on the right side of the ski and look in the engine compartment it will be located at 9 oclock u will see it sticking out of the exhuast with one wire comming out after u run the ski and the buzzer goes off pull the seat and see if the engine is really hot if u can not touch it will be hot but it has to be very hot for the sensor to pick it up if u can touch the motor and exhuast it is a bad sensor
Its going to ask for a code!!If not lift the seat find the blue plug un hook it then hook back up it will ask for code push AAA then hold it will reset it if this is digital odomtor
only 2 things could be wrong seized motor or bad impellar bearing it is located in the impellar housing you really need to pull the whole impellar housing out of the back of the ski to find out witch one it is
