Check if there is sufficient gas supply as stated on the unit's nameplate. Check if there is no soot/ carbon build up on the thermopile for this will lessen the heat from pilot thus reducing milli volt it will generate to open the main valve, in short, main burner will not fire up if there is soot/ carbon on thermopile. Check and tighten also all of wiring connections.Check if the thermostat is set at higher temperature. If all of these did not correct the problem, try replacing the thermopile.

Using dyed water, locate leak(s), go to a welder that does stainless steel and get fixed. If leaks are detected where thermocouples pass thru tank, remove and re-seal fittings.

I'm sorry, I would have to recommend you contact a local appliance repair facility. there is too much liability in wiring explanation, fire/electrical shock hazard.

jump the hi limit by connecting the two wires in the back of the limit control after 45 minutes with the fryer on and does not go off the limit is bad and should be changed we have aLL THE PARTS IF NEEDED ASK FIXYA TO CONTACT ME
