No that's not likely the problem. The new card is probably the issue, especially if it is 4GB or higher. There are several possible causes for "memory card locked", "memory card error", or "no memory card". Some include trying to use of a 4GB SDHC card with an older camera made before SDHC format came out. Others include problems with the tiny slide switch on the side of the card, or the electrical contact switch internal to the camera. The problem may also arise from simple formatting problems if the card has never been formatted in the camera (note that this will also erase the card). Troubleshooting tips for this problem may be found at this link.
you could run the check disk utility click start run type cmd then type chkdsk/r/f which willscan for and attempt to repair any bad sectors and automatically fix any corrupt files on your hard drive then defragment your hard drive
Try this link (click here). It's a winzip file of about 13 mb size. If you have problem let me know. I'll give you another link. Don't forget to include the O.S (operating system) name with your reply.
Scan the memory with latest antivirus. Download R-Studio with its serial. R-studio is an extraction tool. Extract all the files in your memory. And format the memory. Copy the files again in your phone memory
