My 2006 hot spring grandee spa won't heat.

Have you checked the heating element? Is the spa showing it is heating up but does not? That would indicate a bad temp sensor.

Leisure bay spa , will not go from SL mode , temp stays @ 82 degrees?

This appears to be the sleep mode, which is a freeze protection mode. You need to get your owner manual out and change the mode to standard so it will heat.

Leisure Bay spa will not heat past 86 degrees. Element and sensors are new. Spa has excellent flow and correct voltage at terminals.

if the spa does not heat up to 104 degrees then the temp sensor is what you are going to need.
Are there error codes showing on the screen of the topside?
You will need to know the model number of the control box or the model number of the heater tube in order to get the proper sensor.

My leisure bay spa will not heat past 86 degrees.

If your spa will not heat up to the 104 degrees or what temperature you set it at then you have a bad temp sensor.

You have a faulty spa pack. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but it will cost you more than what the spa is worth to fix it. Since this post is from May of last year I'm sure you found that out already. If I'm correct give me an endorsement so people know that I can help them. Thanks!
