My razor is only 2-3 months old & I have several security apps installed & they all say virus free but my phone seems to have a mind of its own , when I'm on it it brings up random apps & starts typing numbers , letters & bringing up random websites & it won't let me back out until I'm able to shut the phone off which becomes difficult .... help !!

take you phone to a repair shop and have the virus removed
you probably have lost everything and at the same time have a tracker app on the phone so that the ex knows where you are at all times
really probably will be better if you get you own new phone and install pass word and anti virus on it straight up

We are the same problem..but don't worry.
1: If your phone was rooted then unroot your phone.
2: Download "360 mobile security" app install.
3:when you scaning virus then it show autumatic 4 system apps. Like measure.. adobe air..pro...system info...ect.
make sure you first disible this system apps
..then scan will show you to force stoped....

Online virus removal can be a bit tricky at best - often trading their 'free' service for (other apps with) malware, spyware and other viruses. A better option might be to install a free antivirus program instead. AVG Free and Windows Defender/Microsoft Security Essentials (for Windows-based PC's) are both great options - among several others, and won't cost you a cent.

You cud try to dowload a free anti virus app from google play store for example CM Security, or buy some other anti virus software that works on phones

It seems you have a virus. This is most likely caused by an infected applications. It is best that you download an anti-virus application from the Market.
1. Navigate to Market through you applications menu.
2. Search for "antivirus" in the Market app (i recommend "AVG Antivirus") and download/install it.
3. Launch the anti-virus application and run a "Scan" or "Check" for viruses.
I expect that you have a virus. Follow the anti-virus application's instructions to remove/destroy the virus and/or application causing the problem.

What anti virus have you paid for?

use f-secure. but the thing bout f-secure is, it only gives you a month for free updates. You could extend it by paying for new subscriptions though but for me, anti-virus aren't really necessary on our N73 as it cannot in any way target the OS and destroy it directly. You must take note that applications for N73 undergo signing process, thus making it much more secure than of the previous versions. If ever there would be a virus that could enter your phone, one great harm that it can do to your phone is to slow it down but it is a fact that it couldn't trigger your OS. Even I myself don't use anti-virus applications, it takes too much of your ram and free space, it slows down your phone a lil bit too. Just be vigilant mate... No virus could be tough enough to pass through a human-firewalled N73.
install the Netqin antivirus.download it from here

remove your memory card format it from ur pc (back up ur data b4 formatting), then install a mobile antivirus (preffer avira antivir) then scan your mobile all viruses ll be cleaned.

You can't change the memory for your text messages. The LG Cookie can store up to 500 messages on the internal memory.

In terms of locking your messages, you can lock the handset but you will need to do this proceedure every time you want to lock people out of your mobile.

Menu > Settings > Phone Settings > Security Settings > Handset lock

First Things first. Un-install the software that you installed immediately as while you are Internet Banking a pop-up is a security threat and It is not a security pop up mind it.

Regarding the keyboard missing the letters. Please follow the following :

In control Panel go to Keyboard settings and move the repeat delay & repeat rate to a slower setting.

2nd Option

open a Word processor and type in ABC to Z & All the combinations of the same & special characters using shift. Repeat this 2-3 times. If same letters are missing it means that the keyboard has a problem and needs disassembly & cleaning.
