Hello! Your Xbox is simply telling you that in order for you to access any of the online content available for the Xbox 360, you will have to update your subscription payments by adding a valid credit card to the account credentials so that Microsoft is able to charge you for your usage of their online service, Xbox Live. Until you update your subscription payment option, you cannot access the online content. To update your information on the account, go to Xbox.com, log into your account and then head on over to account details and then "Payment Options" and then update your information by entering your valid credit card information. Hope this helps! Good luck! :)

Why does it say cannot use console until subscription payments are updated

Your credit/debit card may have expired and Xbox requires that you update your card, if your card is still good you will have to re-enter the information. Xbox does this to help prevent fraud incase someone stole someone elses credit/debit card information. The best way to do this is to go to the link bellowSign in to your Microsoft account or try to update it from your console

Cannot use console until subscription payments are updated

Then you will have to contact Xbox and bring your account current; there is no way to bypass payment on a subscription service.

Hi tinawill0202,
I'm glad to assist you with your issue.
You subscribed yourself to a service suscription and now they're automatically withdrawing your money. To cancel your suscription follow the steps below:
1) Enter your paypal account. 2) Click on "View all of my transactions". 3) Select a date range so your transactions can be found. 4) Click on "Show" button. 5) Click on "Subscriptions". 6) There you can see all of your subscriptions. 7) You can cancel your susbscription and see the "detaiils" of each subscription.
Please contact me if you need further assistance.
Regards, ekeagle777

Suspended account due to payment options as card had expired.

Go to the xbox live website and sign in with your email and password which should direct you to your gamertag and there should be payment options to renew the credit card subscription or purchase the month cards at a store like Gamestop or Walmart. Xbox.com

Suspended for payment

It sounds like you need to buy a new live card to continue subscription to the service though I don't entirely understand your question.
