if you have tried to unlock you phone by inserting the wrong pin ( personal identification number) number more than 3 times , the service provider automatically blocks the phone by removing the PUK code ( personal user key)
if that is the case contact your service provider on another phone , provide proof that you own the account for the phone and they will give it to you once that is done you can enter a new PIN number and it should work

Try this instead:
connect your phone to the computer with the given USB cable.
Open my computer and look for your phone. It should be listed. double click to open and look for DCIM folder and the pictures in that folder. If you find that, just copy and paste in the folder of your choice.
you can also connect the phone with the cable and a window should pop up asking what do you want to do. Click on import pictures and the rest is as per instruction on the screen.
