Could it be frozen in? If so, u may have bad door seal or ice door seal is not shutting properly.

Probably, provided that it's a storage module only. If it's an integral part of the ice production function I would say probably not. I searched "sanyo 4433s operation manual" & got a number of hits. Try manualowl.com & retrevo.com.

Need more info. Are there ice cubes in the storage section just behind the freezer door? You may have turned the ice-maker OFF. When your depress the ice flipper, does the motor run behind the door? The motor may be burned out or the ice cubes in the storage section are so melted together in a giant glob that the agitator cannot turn.Or, maybe someone turned OFF the water supply.

look behind the ice storage bin---there is a c-bracket that the storage bin slides into --- the motor may have to be replaced that turns the spiral feeder inside of the storage bin

On mine, using crushed ice will cuase a build up of ice along the shoot. I take off the storage bin and manually open the door cleanining out the shoot. Make sure to check under the removed storage bin before replacing.

Most times this is caused by the dispenser door not shutting all the way. This causes moist air to be drawn in through the opening and the moisture will freeze in that area and also cause the dispenser door to have even more problems closing. Step2Plug the refrigerator into the outlet to restore power.
Step3Lower the internal power bar located just above the ice machine storage tray. This allows the ice machine to make new ice.

Replace the icemaker . The laser receiver (on right side ) is supposed to blink twice then pause then twice repeatedly .Normal. Also clean the coils under fridge .

Check the following:

Is the freezer door closed completely?

Is the ice storage bin installed correctly?

Is there ice in the storage bin?

Has the ice frozen in the storage bin?

Is ice stuck in the delivery chute?

Has the wrong ice been added to the storage bin? Use only
cubes produced by the current ice maker.

Has the ice melted around the auger (metal spiral) in the
ice bucket? Dump the ice cubes and clean the ice storage
bin.

Is the ice dispenser stalling while dispensing “crushed”
ice? Change the ice button from “crushed” to “cubed.” If
cubed ice dispenses correctly, depress the button for
“crushed” ice and begin dispensing again.

Has the dispenser arm been held in too long? Ice will stop
dispensing when the arm is held in too long. Wait 3 minutes
for dispenser motor to reset before using again.
