check to see if the fans are loose if so replace them this will also cause poor drying time.iI find its better to dismanttle these dryers and check the rollers,belt and jockey pulley at the same time.they look hard to work on but they are easy just take you time theres generally no wires to undo.

Sounds like the belt has broken or come off. This is usually inexpensive to fix. You just need to get it out in the open to replace.
