Why doesn't Smart Shoot work after I downloaded app?

There is a rather 'round about' way of doing it and it starts with your computer!

Installing Apps using APK Installer on my Sinotec TV Home screen

• Open your browser on your computer, find the APK file you want to download, and select it.
• Once the App is downloaded, open Downloads, right-click on the APK file, then save to USB or external storage device.
• To install this APK from your storage device to the TV, plug the USB into the TV.

Its is probably not available for your tv. Chances are it never will.

What TV?
You will need to have a smartTV that supports the service, or use a computer, or use an outboard streaming device

The file that you have downloaded MIGHT be corrupted. If you try to install the corrupted apps, you will get the parse error "There was a problem parsing the package". So, try again downloading the app completely and install it.

1st see if you can clear/remove/delete the corrupted netflix app file from wherever it saves it, temp, cache etc

If to complicated i suspect a factory reset OR just settings should clear it though it means setup time needed.

There can be problems when iOS is upgraded. Get the latest version with the latest bug fixes. Watch the Viper app for version changes and download it when it gets updated. Check the Viper support web site:

Smart phone apps use your phones internal memory even id it is saved to your SD card. You can try cleaning out your phone of old pics messages and unused apps for starters. There is also the option of rooting your phone to remove pre installed bloatware apps you don't use. this is very complicated but can be done search for ow to root your specific phone and there should be sites and info on it.

Download and install the Blackberry Desktop Suite, connect BB to PC, go to Applications, and install the missing apps, putting the + sign in front of the app, then click install. Wait about 20 minutes, the phone restarts, and that's it!
