I have a Jacuzzi Perfecta SWP2 toilet. It worked good for a while , now when you flush it you have to jiggle handle to make the flapper fall.Lowes doesnt have a replacement so they sold me a Fluidmast

If you have to jiggle it it usually means the chain is longer then it needs to be so its getting caught on something, the jiggling just loosens it. Look inside when you flush to see whats happening. Metal chains also get wound up when too long and the same thing happens.

Two have flush levers (handles) that fall off in your hand.
Handle retaining nut either came loose or broke off. Check the flapper valve, if its not completely closed water will keep running out, and fill valve will stay open trying to fill the tank.
Remove the entire chain, and take it to a hardware store, or home center (Home depot or Lowes) and ask for a suitable replacement.
Or you could replace the entire flapper that comes with a chain, at any of the above named stores.
Dont forget to take the flapper with you...
