Try copying the contents of the memory to the media card, then set the camera up so that images are saved to the card in future.

2 ways.1. open the memory card and select the correct folder and the photos are in there. view with preview or quicklook (select the all then press the space bar) 2. open iPhoto, tell it to import picture off the card and view them there.

To transfer pictures (via a memory card) to a PC requires a microSD Memory Card, Memory Card Adaptor & Memory Card Reader. The microSD memory card MUST first be formatted, by the phone, in order for the phone to create the destination folders. Please note that the minimum size limit for the microSD memory card is 32MB.

This phone will support the use of a microSDHC 16GB capacity memory card. However, for optimal performance Samsung recommends using a card no larger than 2GB.

To learn how to format the microSD memory card, using the phone,The plug-in microSD memory card and its contents can be easily damaged by scratches or bending. Use caution when inserting or removing the card and keep all memory cards out of reach of children.

Warning: Formatting a memory card will permanently delete all current content.

To format a microSD memory card follow the steps below:

1. Insert a microSD memory card into the memory card slot, located under the battery cover
2. From the standby screen, press Menu
3. Press Settings
4. Scroll down then press Memory Management
5. Press Memory Card Details
6. Press Format
7. Press Yes to confirm formatting the microSD Memory Card

To transfer pictures (via a memory card), from the phone, to a PC follow the steps below:

1. Insert the formatted microSD memory card into the memory card slot, located under the battery cover
   
   1. When correctly inserted, the memory card icon is displayed
   1. From the standby screen, press Menu
   2. Press My Stuff
   3. Press Pictures or Videos to view the contents
   4. Press Manage
   5. Press either Move or Copy
   6. Press each image to check their box or press All to check All boxes
   7. Press either Move or Copy
   8. Press Memory Card
   9. Press either Pictures or Videos
   10. Press Paste Here to Move or Copy the Photo(s)/Video(s) to the microSD memory card
   11. Remove the microSD memory card from the memory card slot
   12. Insert the microSD memory card into the memory card adaptor
   13. Insert the memory card adaptor into the memory card reader
   14. Insert the memory card reader into the USB slot on the PC
   15. Navigate to the desired Photo/Video destination location, using Windows Explorer, then paste the Photo(s)/Video(s) into the destination on the PC

Some of the contents of that 'Table of Contents' are invalid.

So, copy all the files from the Memory Card onto your computer, to save a copy of those files.

Burn a CD/DVD disk with a copy of those files.

Then, "reformat" the Memory Card, to write a "new" and "empty" 'Table of Contents' onto the device.
Then, copy all the files back onto the Memory Card.

Your phone may be not supporting memory card format... or your memory card may be password protected... connect your memory with your PC and format it other file format. how to format memory card, do the following. 1 insert your memory card in card slot of your laptop or card reader or your PC 2. open my computer 3 right click on the memory drive or icon 4 click on format 5 change your file system 6 click start.
After formating insert your card in phone hope it will work for you.

connect the memory card to the computer using data cable... now you can see your memory card in MY COMPUTER.. now you can double click on the icon of your memory card in MY COMPUTER... the memory card contents will be displayed... now you can copy the contents in your computer for permanent retrieval in your PC or you can directly view them for temporarily retrieval....

The "table-of-contents" on the memory-stick has become corrupted.

If you have pictures on that memory-stick that you want to "rescue", search online for "file scavenger" software.

If you think that the memory-card is "empty", put the memory-card back into your camera, and tell your camera to 'FORMAT' the memory-card, i.e., to initialize it back to the "factory" settings.

check for option that displays what contents are displayed that is sim card or phone memory then in options you will have option to copy all sim contents to phone memory.

hi ,i used to have this problem but when i removed the memory card , copied all it's contents to my pc , format the momory and scan the memory contents for viruses then return the files again to the memory the phone works fine!!
if u still have this problem try another memory card.

Yes and in several methods as below listed. Since your posting refers to a generic problem for all digital cameras and not only an Olympus FE-230, some of the settings may have a different nomenclature or button name.
1. When you download pictures to you PC, rather than copy, select move; or
2. If you want to erase one picture at a time from the camera - press on the power button, then menu button, once menu is displayed, arrow down/up, you will be asked to erase the picture displayed, select yes/no by up/down, then press OK (menu button); or
3. If you want to erase all contents of the memory card of the camera - press on the power button, then menu button, once menu is displayed, arrow right, down to select card, right to select card setup, right to enter card setup, arrow down to select format or erase all, OK. Erase all just erases the files, format erases all and re-initialize the memory card; or
4. Remove memory card from camera and insert into a memory card reader attached to USB of your PC. The memory from the camera will be treated as a removable device and you can view, move, copy, delete/erase, format. This option seems to be most effective in viewing all contents under Windows Explorer with the view setting set to Thumbnail.
5. Connect the camera via the supplied cable to any USB port of your PC. The camera will be treated as a removable device and you can view, move, copy, delete/erase, format. Specifically for an Olympus FE-230:
1. Press the < or > buttons to display the picture you want to erase;
2. Press the trash can button (bottom right);
3. Press the UP button to select [YES], press OK;

or

To erase all:
1. Press the MENU button to display the top menu in playback mode;
2. Select [ERASE], [ALL ERASE], and press OK;
3. Select [YES], and press OK
